Refund and Returns Policy

Print-on-Demand Products

Each item is produced specifically for your order. Because products are custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as:

  • Ordering the wrong size
  • Ordering the wrong color or design
  • Change of mind
  • Buyer’s remorse
  • Accidental orders

Please review all product descriptions, sizing charts, and order details carefully before completing your purchase.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is:

  • Damaged during shipping
  • Defective or faulty
  • Incorrect (wrong product, design, color, or size sent)

please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

To process your claim, please provide:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photographs showing the problem

Once the issue has been verified, we will offer, at our discretion:

  • A replacement item at no additional cost, or
  • A full refund

Exchanges

We only offer exchanges when a product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

We do not offer exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size selected by the customer
  • Personal preference
  • Ordering mistakes

Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size using the sizing information provided on each product page.

Returns

Because our products are custom-made and produced on demand, we do not accept returns of non-defective merchandise.

Returns may only be authorized when:

  • The item is defective
  • The item arrives damaged
  • We shipped the wrong product

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the refund is due to our error or a defective product.

Lost Packages

If a package is confirmed as lost in transit by the shipping carrier, please contact us. We will investigate the issue and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund.
